Support is provided each month via email. This includes either providing instructions to the client to correct an issue, or Mystique Solutions’ resolution of the issue directly.
Product additions do not include writing copy or supplying product photos or graphics. These are the client’s responsibility to provide or will be billed separately.
If any requested changes, additions, or technical support will take more than the budgeted hours, we’ll provide a separate invoice that will need to be paid on top of the retainer.
Content changes to your website do not accumulate; once the month is over the hours are lost if unused.
